Since 2016, FORMAT has managed the communicative positioning of Hamburg Sotheby's International Realty. Our services range from opening communications for new branches to classic marketing and PR measures (online and offline), to the development of proprietary real estate brands for the project development business.  Real estate is an asset whose intrinsic value is never lost - but which must always be rediscovered. For example, in developing brand identities for Sotheby's private and commercial project development business, we are intensively researching key project features and translating them into real estate brands that tell stories.
