Developing communication solutions for employers is the central task of the Employer Branding and Employer Recruiting department at FORMAT - for recruiting new employees as well as for their long-term loyalty.

Each generation is shaped by new means of communication and is used to different forms of information provision and procurement. In addition to the exact definition of the target group, employee recruitment therefore focuses on defining the messages and selecting the right communication channels. Who and why would I like to impress for my company and how should I do it? How and where do I have to position myself to alert potential employees to me? FORMAT develops comprehensive concepts for employee recruitment and retention, and coordinates the use of messages and communication media according to the target group.
